I wear a size 9 in most shoes and purchased this shoe in a 9 at Zappos. My heels slipped and rubbed in the back even with thick socks. So I returned them for an 8.5 and found that while the slipping was less it was still enough to give me blisters with normal walking, but now the toe box is getting a bit tight. Due to that I didn't go with the size 8; I knew they would be too tight. Therefore it was with a lot of disappointment that I had to return them for another style.

They are Ugg, so they are quality and the western styling is really cute. I have another pair of Ugg boots and had to go up a size, so while Ugg makes a fantastic product their sizes I have found to be quite inconsistent. I was very sorry I couldn't make these fit properly.
