These boots were great for sloshing through the snow this winter. They are waterproof and insulated. I would consider these work boots as opposed to dress boots. They are not necessarily ugly but not particularly cute either. If you want your toes to be warm and comfortable when you are standing at the bus stop, buy these boots. If you want a cute boy to pick you up from the bus stop because you look great in your boots, keep shopping. Would I buy them again? Absolutely, but I probably won't have to for a long time because they seem pretty sturdy.
