Western Chief Women's Tiny Horses Rain Boot

Bought these boots for my sister for her birthday, excellent quality and very comfortable. She liked them so much, i went ahead and bought another pair for my son for christmas. Worth the price for the quality!

We unfortunately got this boot hoping it would suffice as a muck boot. It is a very nice boot and held up as well as could be expected, but really was not meant for mucking through fields and bramble. The rubber is easily punctured and torn. So on the positive side, it was pretty - she loved wearing them, and it would make an excellent rain boot for the city. Just not the farm!

I was looking for a new pair of rain boots and these appealed to the horse lover in me. I was wary of ordering shoes online, mainly for the sizing, but the only review on Amazon was positive and doing a little more research showed Western Chief to be a brand recommended by Good Housekeeping, so I ordered them. When I received my order, I was so disappointed in the quality that I did not even bother to try them on. The boots were scuffed in certain places in addition to having a glue-y residue in others. One boot even had a piece of paper or a remnant of a tag glued to the boot near the buckle. The rubber of the boots was also bumpy in spots instead of being smooth. The fabric of the inside of the boots was dirty at the top, unevenly cut, and already separating from the rubber part of the boot.
