I was impressed with these boots, doesnt run small, slightly larger actually, good for wide calfs. nice heel height, pretty comfortable for long wear.

I got these boots in the taupe colour and so far I love them. I received them in 3 days using the regular mail option! They are kind of high in the heel (3.5") so not sure how they would treat your feet for long periods of standing or walking but they are great for a night on the town! I did go down half a size and they fit me perfectly. I didn't find they were too big in the shaft (as some said in other reviews I read) and I would say I have pretty average size calves. Great purchase for the price!

Bought the boots in 2 different colors absolutely love them and then it happened. I wore a pair out the first day I received them and the heal broke. Now I am not a hard walker and nor did I fall into a hole. I brought the boot to get repaired and was turned down twice by two different cobblers. They said this type of boot is hard to turn inside out to fix and boots should be made with better nails in them --more of a screw. Boots did not get fixed but I did get another pair-just being a little more careful when walking. If you are thinking about the boots-go with the next size up for better comfort-I am usually a size 7 but when I reordered the boots I went with a 7.5 and they are much more comfortable.
