This item was shipped super fast and is exactly as is pictured and described. However, once I put them on, i realized how masculine they were and it wasn't what i would looking for, so I returned it. I like this brand, and i would also recommend the seller as the shipping and return process was really easy. If you need to call customer service for the seller, always choose the "place an order" option with the prompts - otherwise you won't get through.

I go to school in New Hampshire, and when it rains there....it rains. So rain boots are a must-have. I also have abnormally muscular calves and cannot fit in higher boots. These are warm and comfy, the one star loss is because I ordered the brown ones, and when they came they are more purple than brown. However, these are some great boots.
