Timberland Women's Charles Street Brogue Tall Boot

The comments on these boots made me a bit nervous, but they arrived and I was pleased with them at first look. They are very dark brown, which is what I was looking for, and the extra brogue details are noticeable. The arch support and comfort was far better than most of my boots; I can be on my feet all day in these. They are great for casual skirts and dresses, and any pants/jeans. My calves are average and the boots fit over slim jeans/pants. Especially at the price I got them, this has been a fantastic purchase.

I love the look of these boot!! I wear them everywhere!!! They are nice enough that I can wear them to the office, and casual enough that I can throw them on with an old pair of jeans.
I ordered a size 8 (my regular size) and I felt a half size bigger. You have to buy it half size smaller than your usual size. My calves are narrow and the boots fit over pants and jeans, boot cut yet.
This model is beautiful and I really like it.

This boot was a little more casual than I anticipated; but has quickly become my go-to boot for every season. I can wear with dresses, skirts, jeans, and casual pants. They are not too hot and break-in period was very short.
I adore the detail and delicate old-world look, but appreciate the rugged lug sole. It's like the best of both worlds.

My daughter says I imagine it, but I do think they make my feet look bigger than they are, which is a slight downfall. I love them enough to wear regularly, in any case. Elastic at the calf inset makes wearing over thicker tights and some skinny jeans possible for us gals with bigger calves. Looks great under boot-cuts, as well.
