I had to get some steel toes for work and was concerned about shoe sizing on an online purchase. They fit well and have a comfy footbed. Shoes don't look clunky and I was complimented on their look. I'd say the best thing about them is their comfort!

i have had 8-10 pairs of steel-toe shoes and this pair, TIMBERLAND PRO WOMEN'S RIVETER STEEL-TOE LACE-UP are by far the best. i ordered a half size larger than my casual shoe size and the fit was just right. they are well made and very sturdy. i don't feel the steel toe when i walk as i do in most of the others that i have. of course, the insole in the shoes is not nearly enough padding. i bought a good set of insoles and am getting a lot of comfortable wear from these shoes.

The shoes look good and liked their style. However, I have a wide foot and even the wide width was too narrow. The steel toe is a requirement for the construction site but when steel toe shoes are too narrow, it is really uncomfortable. I ended up with the Nautilus shoes which were a little wider though I did try half a size bigger on both brands.
