These boots are heaven. They're a nice, luxurious leather with a beautiful whiskey/cognac/chestnut color. They come with a slightly worn/distressed look about them like they're already your favorite pair of boots, rich with character from being worn all the time.
Like reviews on some other sites, I experienced half a size too large. Unfortunately for me, the the half step down is sold out almost everywhere so I think I'll resort to tissue in the toe rather than return them. For me the top of the boot hit just below the knee. With straight leg jeans the calves were a little tight (they'll probably stretch) and they bunched a little from extra material. They should be fine with true skinny jeans and jeggings.
They're expensive but very high-quality.
