I saw these on a woman at a local restaurant and fell in love - went home and immediately found them online. I ordered them in both cognac and black. Have now had a chance to wear both and I absolutely LOVE them! Black is very slightly pebbled, uniform in color. Cognac is slightly irregular in color and exact texture between boots, enough for it to be interesting but not enough to be annoyingly different. The exposed zipper is a major bonus for me, but if you're not into the outside/exposed zipper look these might not be for you. These fit true to size for me, 8.5. The 16 inch calf circumference is JUST right - in bare legs/tights just right, in skinny jeans/socks snug but fits. I am, however, on the shorter side with fairly thick calves but slender ankles, which lends itself to the above and that I do get a slightly slouched fit around the ankles. I love them so much that I've ordered the flat version (Intyce) in stone!

These boots are absolutely gorgeous! I got them in stone and the colour is beautiful, kind of a grayish brown, hard to describe but definitely stunning. Each boot is not identical to the other with respect to the colour. My right boot has more splashes of white in them while the left is darker; I personally love this look as it gives the boot depth and character. I Get compliments on these boots every time I wear them. They look great with tights, jeans, skirts; you will not regret this purchase! They fit true to size with I'd say an average width for the calves. I can easily fit them over skinny jeans with plenty of room to spare.

A few things to note as I just got these over the weekend:
*Good thing I ordered a 1/2 size up - if I would have got my normal size (8), these boots would have been too small.
*The color Cognac is a nice color but the boots are not that beautiful dark color you see in the photo. The boots are lighter than that.
*Packaging was good.
*They look great on - very elongating. They also feel comfortable. However...
*The most disturbing thing: these boots were previously worn. That's not acceptable and I'm not sure how Amazon allows these transactions to be made seeing and/or knowing this. I paid a good amount of money for these boots - they should be 100% NEW out of the box. There is dirt/dust on both bottoms of the boots; there are small marks/dings on both heels; a dark black smudge on one of the legs of the boots. Sigh. Really?
