For $[...], I would expect my boots to last longer than four hours.

I'm a size 9.5/10 and I got a 10 and they fit perfectly, they were even comfortable. But after I wore them outside (in perfect weather) for four hours, I noticed scuff marks and the heels were deformed. I expected to have to put heel savers on them, which is fine, but the wear that was done to the suede was just ridiculous. I even wore these over leggings, so it's not as if anything was rubbing on them.

Save yourself some time and effort by not buying these boots.

These boots look great with any outfit. If you're wearing jeans or leggings, you can pull them up and they'll stay stretched up your leg pretty well because of the suede friction. They still look great without any leggings or jeans, but expect them to slouch in this case. It's not "the best" boot ever, but I absolutely love them. Great for the price...especially if/when they're on sale. I own the black one and am looking to get the grey as well. I've worn them out many nights dancing, in concerts, through dusty parks, to work, traveling. I won't say they'll last forever, but I've used them pretty darn good a few times a week pretty abusively and they're still around and nice 3.5 months later so far. I expect another few months more out of them if I keep power using them. If you get these for certain occasions only, they'll last much much longer. My heels are still intact, despite other reviews...perhaps a walking habit?

These boots look great with skinny jeans. They are made well enough. The sole is pretty thin but the are comfortable and look great.
