Steve Madden Women's Cybul Flat Boot

These boots are adorable! They match almost everything I own and are extremely comfortable. They are a little narrow (but true to size in length) and sometimes I have a hard time getting my pants tucked into them. I wouldn't recommend them if you are worried about them being too tight on the leg. I have them in grey and I constantly get compliments on them.

I received the boots I had ordered. They were a replacement for my current pair. As I own the exact same pair I am aware of how the colored grey leather should look. One of the boots was completely discolored. It was faded and stained. One of the boots is much greener than anything else. The discoloration is so bad there is no way I can actually wear them. It is very noticeable that the left boot does not match the right boot. If you look at the boots profile, it is very obvious the boot is stained. As I live in Canada the shipping of the boot is almost the same cost as the boot itself. Just wonderful!

I would never buy from this seller again, and strongly discourage others. Thanks to this seller I will not buy from Amazon again. The poor quality was appalling, they should be embarrassed that they allowed a product of such poor quality to even be sold!

My boots fit well, and for those with thin legs such as I have, it's a PITA to find boots that don't look ridiculous due to them being too loose at the top. These are a great find.

Having that said, these looked like the box had been run over several times and based off of the scuffs on the bottom and dirt, I'm relatively certain they were tried on and/or returns. I thought it was relatively tacky to at least not clean the bottoms up. I'm not picky, so I wiped them off myself. If you're picky, I'd go buy them in store because you may end up with a box like I did. :)

I plan to buy them in grey and black, but I'll be buying them from Nordstrom or the Steve Madden store.
