The positives of this boot is that they are true to size. I ordered a 7.5 medium which is what I normally wear, and they fit just right. These would not work for someone who is even bordering on needing a wide width. The calf leaves enough room to wear with thick leggings and jeans, and not just the skinny jeans. The toe section is somewhat rounded, giving the toes plenty of room, as I really hate that squished toe feeling. The color-taupe is nice and the slight heel makes these comfortable for wearing all day long. One note about the heel and sole are somewhat slippery, so you do have to pay a bit more attention, this pair does not have that strong support feeling, and after getting used to them, they are ok, and it would have been better if heel were a bit more wide for a better balanced feeling.

I purchased these boots because I've owned the black pair (purchased at a local store) and they were perfect for work - low wedge heel, crazy comfortable. So I was excited to find these boots in tan and ordered them. However, I'm currently sitting at my desk at work trying to figure out how I'm going to keep the boots together on my way out to the parking lot. A co-worker caught me in the hallway and pointed out that the buckle in the back had come undone - only it hadn't come undone, it had actually pulled away from the boot itself. I checked the buckle on the other boot, just to see how it was doing, and sure enough, at the very slightest touch, the strap came unattached on that boot as well. So now the boots don't have a buckle in the back and they're just flopping around my calves. It's not my best look. Extremely disappointed in the quality of these boots.

These boots are beautiful and comfy. I can wear them with anything! Brown, black, white...you name it. Get lots of compliments on them. People cannot believe they were only 40 bucks!
