A lovely boot which is reasonably light weight - perfect for wet days and the red is so colourful! Loved the options as it comes with red or polka dot laces.

Ordered this boot in black. Okay rain boot. Upper shaft of boot is very stiff. Hurts the back of my leg when laced, so I usually lace very loosely or not at all. (Upper is slightly softening up after wearing a few times, but still too stiff on back of my leg.) Not much arch support, barely roomy enough to put arch support insole inside. Width was okay, but a little tight in the bunion/ball of the foot area. Boot runs a little small lengthwise, ordered 1/2-1 size larger. Otherwise, okay. UPDATE: Walked the dog about half a mile in steady, but not pouring, rain. Boots are not 100% waterproof, even when laced snugly. My feet got a little wet, not from coming in the top, but from coming in the side seam where the upper meets the rubber bottom. Not terrible, still better than shoes, but a rain boot should keep your feet DRY!

I entered into this purchase because my no lace rain boots kept getting holes in them. So, I was looking for something more durable to actually keep my feet dry. These are it! Not only are they super cute (with an extra pair of Polka dot laces; but, they are very comfortable to walk around the city all day. I recommend these highly. Whenever I wear these I get several compliments from strangers:)
