These boots are really comfortable, and wide enough for my massive duck feet, enabling me to wear my true size (I usually size up half a size in boots, just for the extra room because my feet are so wide, but there's no need in this case). However, and this is a big however, these boots are not warm enough for a true (in my case, Canadian) winter. I wore these out yesterday, and it was about -9 degrees Celsius (which unfortunately isn't particularly cold for around here), and my feet were cold. The foot portion is not lined in shearling, which is an odd design choice because I personally would rather my feet be warm than my calves. It's disappointing, I had high hopes that these would be my go-to winter boots.
