a cute boot, nice colors and all. BUT it is sold as a "tone-up shoe" with the special rounded arch. It isn't. Not even a little bit. It is simply a nice flat-soled boot. Shouldn't be sold as a tone-up---since it does not lead up to expectations. The buyer also was very slow in answering my complaint--i had to submit several before i had any response. I had to resort to asking Amazon to step-in and help with the claim.
