Super comfortable and well-padded on the inside. Soles have shock-absorbing qualities. Had some issues with blisters on the bottom of my heels, but after putting in some heel-padding inserts all is well. Also, the zipper area rubs on your skin since it pokes out a bit, but a bit of duct tape on the inside of the shoe works well to prevent this. If you were wearing tights, they may snag on this area though, if not careful. Overall, I would recommend these for a sleek and stylish look. I'm hoping they last a long time!

Leather is nice and soft, but not buttery soft. Heel is low enough so it doesn't hurt your feet. Arch support is OK. I don't do a lot of walking at work, so I can't comment if this pair can survive a day of shopping. There is enough support at the bottom of the heel so you don't feel like your feet is pounding hard on the pavement. Got it for a very good price at Amazon.
