Pink Grey Rainboots City Scene Hearts Rubber Boots

I was very disappointed when I received the rainboots.
The top of the shoes looked like a 5 yr old child cut it since there's misalignment along the edge where the straps? are.
The bottom soles were uneven, to the point where it felt like I was wearing uneven shoes.
It wasn't even cheap so I don't understand why the shoes weren't worth the money that I paid for.
I'm definitely returning them and getting a refund.
People, I wouldn't be so sure to buy their rainboots.
Though, I do have to give props for shipping. The time for shipping was pretty decent!
Kind of annoys me because I saw good reviews and they looked super cute.

I purchased the Pink Grey Rain boots for my daughter for Christmas. She loved them, but wasn't able to wear them until March, when the snow stopped and the rain started. The heel on one of the boots tore straight up about 4 inches! It looks as if they were cut (maybe by a sharp object) before she received them. She didn't realize it at first, until her feet started getting wet. She tried duct taping them (lovely), but that just didn't work - and she shouldn't have to. I contacted the company about the problem and requested an exchange. The person responded immediately and said she would have to check with a supervisor since it was over 30 days. She also wanted to determine if the product was in stock. I never heard back from her. I emailed again requesting a response. None received. I've thought of just shipping them back so they can see the poor quality that was received, but I don't really want to invest the shipping costs when it's likely I won't get a response. my husband got these for me @ amazon and they are amazing, very nice and TRUE to size. I am a size 10 and that's what my husband ordered and they fit like a glove. I have worn them twice in the pouring rain and my feet stayed warm and toasty. Recommended!
