These boots are a little stiff in the shank.
I was hoping for a little more cushion around the ankle.
They are also more bulky than I would like.
The girth makes it difficult to wear pants comfortably unless they have a wide ankle.

I usually wear a 6 1/2 shoe, but buy 7 in boots. I can't get my foot into this size 7. The shank is very stiff and doesn't give to let you put your foot in easily. I like the style, but since I can't get them on, they'll have to go back.
