These boots have a great footbed, sole, AND built-into-the-sole retractable (flip) ice grippers. What a GREAT design. No more struggle with pulling on ice cleats or risking a crash without them. Nice look for casual or dress/work. Keeps my feet very warm and dry. An outstanding purchase for winter. Wish I'd has them last year before my fall on ice and broken leg in NC.
