Old Gringo Women's L026-19 Monarca Cowboy Boot

I bought a different pair of Old Gringo boots here at Amazon and was astounded at their beauty and the care in which they were made. I had to come back and buy these and again, they are magnificent. These boots are truly works of art. Now to the details: The turquoise color is somewhat brighter than it appears in the photos here. The fit, although true to size, is on the snug side. If you have a wide foot or want to wear socks or just like a lot of room, you will need to go up at least a half size because they are kind of narrow. The toe does turn up quite a lot as it appears in the photo. I wore them for a few hours out and about and the tips of the boots still curl up beyond the end of my toes, so maybe that is permanent. I think it's cute, but if you have a very large foot, you might not like the extra length. The shaft on these boots is the usual height for a western boot. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary that will last a lifetime, then this is the boot for you.

I ordered these boots hesitantly because one review said the size was snug, tight in the ankle, etc. I had ordered a size 8.5M which is my true size. I received them yesterday and put them on.....WOW! Not only did they fit beautifully (I wore thin smart socks), but they are as comfortable as slippers. No break in time will be necessary. I would advise ordering your true size. And did i mention that they are absolutely exquisite? I can tell these are going to be my new favorite boots. Order with confidence. These boots are clearly made with pride and love and worth every penny.

I wear them with jeans or leggings. Unique looking, like a piece of art, very fine quality and hold up well. if you like to wear things other people don't have, you'll love these boots.
