THE BOOTS CAME ON TIME AND WELL PACKAGED. THERE WAS LABELING OF THE ITEM INSIDE AND IT ALLOWS ME TO RETURN IT. SELLER DID A DECENT JOB IN PACKAGING AND SHIPPING. I AM VERY PLEASE WITH THAT PIECE....THE BOOT IT SELF WAS A BIT PRICEY DUE TO THE FACT IT STAINS EASILY WHEN WATER TOUCHES IT AND THE FOOT PART IS NOT 100% LEATHER...INFACT I KNEW FIRST HAND IT WASNT 100% LEATHER BUT I HAD NO IDEA OF THE BLOTCHES THAT WOULD APPEAR UNTIL I WALKED OUT IN PUBLIC AND THE WEATHER ELEMENTS HIT IT...DESPITE THE ABOVE, WHEN CLEANED THE BOOTS LOOK SHARP AND FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING LONG WALKS....TOO PRICEY FOR NOT FULL LEATHER

I love this boot. I saw the other review. the only part of the boot that is not leather? is the straps which were not that important to me. I have them in brown and black. They are a little tight if you like to wear thick socks, but the leather will stretch. So don't make the mistake I made. I order a 9 and a 9.5. Now I have to wear thick socks and an innersole in the 9.5 because once the leather gives the boot is loose. The boots are quite comfortable and the shaft is wide.
