These boots arrived and was exactly what i expected. Yes I read the review where the customer was disappointed. I dont know what happened in her case and thats unfortunate but i found the leather was unlined but soft, the quality is typical nine west. Very comfortable, and runs true to size. The cognac is a rich gorgeous color and now i need a suede bag to match. The price was very attractive. Bought the grey color as well. Love em both can't wait to wear em.

I wear these to work frequently- they are warm, comfortable, stylish and match with quite a lot. I also feel confident I can work them over jeans for a more casual look. I took the flap and raised it up at the top so it appears more like an over the knee boot- highly recommend doing so so it looks less pirate-y. Otherwise, super comfy, fashionable, and a must buy!
