Maybe these have been sitting in Amazon's warehouse for a while, I don't know, but on the first pair I ordered, the zipper was stuck shut at the top, and below the zipper pull, the zipper had split. It looked like the flap that protects your leg from the zipper might have gotten somehow 'glued' down in between the zipper and the pull. And then, on the second pair I ordered, that protective flap was glued down between the ankle and the bottom of the zipper. Like there was glue that had melted while the boots were sitting in a hot warehouse. I could not unzip it all the way. Since it unlaces, it would have been possible to get in and out of the boot by using the laces each time, but that is annoying and I did not want to bother with it.
The boot was extremely comfortable and I am investigating New Rock boots from other sources, since Amazon/Endless only seem to have boring ones in my size (except for this one). They have some of the funkier men's boots, but they do not...Read more
