Naughty Monkey Women's Detective Boot

I have wanted these boots ever since I saw them online a few weeks ago. I ordered taupe color and they are the perfect color to match anything... black, brown or gray. I'm usually a size 8 but ordered a 7 1/2 and they fit great with a little room. I love the heel of the boot, it is comfortable but not a flat. I love the material and the feel of the boot. Overall it was a great purchase and may even get them in a different color :)

All I can say is...Wow! I absolutely LOVE these boots! I was hesitant to buy these, as I read some mixed reviews both here and on other sites. When a "used" pair in my size popped up on Amazon for 60 bucks, I decided to go for it. They were literally brand new. (I have gotten sooo many fabulous pairs of shoes this way. With Amazon's return policy and free shipping, it's great!). The navy was not my first choice, but it is such a gorgeous, rich blue and a unique color for boots. The color looks great with everything from black skirts to jeans to green skinny cargo pants.

The suede is very soft and thick without feeling too bulky. It attaches to the back of the boot with velcro, which makes it so the amount of heel/foot coverage can be adjusted to show from 1" of heel to just under 2" of heel. I'm very happy with these boots- ordered my usual size 10 and they fit perfect and are very comfortable. They even make my feet look much smaller, which is great for me. Love the gray color I chose. They are wide around my calves, but most boots are and I think this is the intended look with this style. Would definitely recommend these boots and got them for a much better price than other places I saw them.
