These boots are comfortable even the heel is 3 1/2 inches tall. I can walk for a long time with them and still feel fine. They are true to size, but the width is a little toward narrow side. I normally wear Width M boots, but I purchased Width W for this style. Also, they are the perfect boots for people with thin calf like me.

I couldnt get the boots on past my calves. The calf area of the boot does not stretch. Returning these took 2 months. I finally had to contact Amazon and they made the return happen.
