I ordered the "grey" boots. They are really a dark taupe color, not grey, and don't go with grey clothing at all. I ordered a 7w, which always fits and they were tight across the toes. These were a big disappointment and expensive to return.

I LOOOOOVE naturalizer shoes and have never received a defective item before now. I am tall and have large feet, so I was very excited to see boots in my size for a very reasonable price - I wear a 10.5, so of course I jumped on the sale! After purchasing this item I received an in-window notification that it was not available at the $45 price, and shocked to see the item showing up at $140. Amazon was very gracious in helping clear up this error, and I received the shoes at the price that was initially stated. My shoes arrived in a very timely fashion, and I was eager to try them on, but I was so disappointed by the defect. The left shoe heel was slightly twisted, causing my ankle to buckle when I tried to walk.

I was further disappointed that there weren't replacements available at the size that I'd selected, so I had to take a refund. I think the defect was an anomaly, but I am still returning this boot and sad that I cant purchase another pair at that size. I also...Read more
