Miz Mooz Women's Felicity 80'S Boot

I went back and forth about a million times between 2 stars and three because we are battling style and quality here. Lets do style first. These boots are just plain old hot. What you cant see in this picture is the big brass snap in the back of the boot that holds down the flipped down part, its such a great detail and lets you wear these as the picture show, totally scrunched down and snapped or unsnapped and flipped up to a mid-calf height. Totally awesome with leggings and skinny jeans. Now the bad part, the quality. I had these boots for just a few weeks, wore them gently and they are pretty shredded. The leather is thin and in one part where it ripped it is coming away from the shoe. On the heal, the black coating is totally scraped away in many places as if it was made of wax. The toe seems to have normal wear and tear but looks really shabby. I love this boots!! There look great and very comfortable. The quality is good too. Very pleased.
