These are quite shorter than the taller ones, but I think that's better if you are short like me (5'2"), and they fit true to size. I love the color and the fringe. You can wear these with pretty much anything. I overcame the problem of stepping on the beads by using a double knot instead of a single one. These are definitely not cold weather or water-proof boots. They are better for fall or spring.
