I've been wearing some version of these boots for about 6 years or so. I bought the waterproof version of this, perfect on wet decks and slippery surfaces. This version is light, comfortable and is a secure fit. My one complaint is in the notch at the top of the boot in the back. It makes keeping the trousers properly bloused (with a blousing band) a little difficult. Not impossible, though and since the notch makes for a shorter break-in time and a better fit, it's probably a good trade-off
