They are very nice boots, comfy and the taupe colors works with most of my outfits. The downside is that the second time I wear them, one of the heel block thing broke and now it's just hollow and makes a weird sound when I walk in them.

I love this boot, once I figured it out. I was concerned when it first arrived that it was too small. I also wasn't used to a boot that comes up that high being a pull on. The first time I wore it I was upset feeling that it ran small, but by the second time I wore it, it fit perfectly. They are a little bit hard to get on since they are pull on, but once on they seem to be true to size.

The boots are VERY stylish and I absolutely LOVE them... but to be honest - they are not black. I'm not sure why it says black because they are actually a grey with black undertones. So if you are ordering - know that you are getting a grey boot and if you want to wear thick socks with them, go up a half size.

Otherwise they are well made, look great with a pair of jeans or a skirt and tights, the heal isn't so high that they hurt after more than an hour of wear (I spent an entire day running errands in them and my feet didn't hurt)
