So, these boots came, and I tried them on and decided, to hell with Hunter boots, these are super cute and actually fit true to size. Except, when I took them off, there were some black smudges all over my fingers and around my calf where the tops of the boots hit. So I tried rubbing it clean with a paper towel, and the harder I rubbed, the more black gunk came off... but never stopped. I think the rim (the part pictured going around the top, including the button flap things) is made of black oil. I love the look and feel of these, but what the hell? Just glad I didn't try them on with a pair of nice pants for them to ruin :) Awesome!

So... I just received these rain boots today and I love how they look and how they feel and the brown trimming on top. They do not look like your ordinary rain boot but more like rider boots.
Anyhow, I am a size 7.5 and ordered them size 7 because my past rain boots have always ran a size bigger. They fit me just about perfect but a little too tight so they run true size. I have pretty big caffs so I found it to be just right with not so much room for folding pants in... hence you will definitely have to rock these with warm tights or skinny jeans which I know all ladies own. I am so happy I found these!! This is the 3rd time I try ordering rain boots and have returned them since they were not too comfortable or other reason.
They have a nice lining inside with arch support which I give it an extra plus. I walked around with them but felt that perhaps the heel may be too hallow but what do I know. Hopefully they are durable for the cost although style is awesome. I give it...Read more

classy looking, tall, comfortable and relatively easy to put on and slip off.
I have wider calves so the top is snug but it fits comfortably. I haven't worn them with baggier pants ever but I think there is still room to tuck any extra material in.
