this is a very comfortable pair of boots! it's super warm that you can go 'sockless'. the heel is not too high which makes it a comfortable walking shoes. it has superb traction on icey/snowy patches. recommend it highly. it's true to size, but comes quite snugly though (I've narrow feet). so, if you have wide feet, might take this into consideration. it also fits snugly in mid-calf. super-skinny jeans or tights works best with it. otherwise, you wont fit much in the boot opening - it will have to go over it.
