Bought this boot for my daughter for Christmas to keep her feet warm and dry on her winter walks. It's much cuter than in the picture, looks good on, is warm and comfy, and slides on easily. This is a really nice boot for the price too, makes me wish I had bought myself a pair also. She loves them and I love them too. Definitely worth the money.

1/30/12 - It is now 2 years later, and my daughter is still wearing her Khombu boots and loves them!! She says they are very warm, wipe off easily and they still look like new!! I would give these 10 stars if I could! She loved hers so much, I ended up getting a similar pair for myself.

Order a half size down. Even with thick winter socks, they are very wide and there is tons of room between the tops of your toes and the top of shoes. (They don't even come close to touching.) They feel comfortable sitting on your feet but feel akward to walk in. After a winter of still wearing them, I was dissapointed at how quickly the sole wore down. Right now it seems like walking on a rubber waffle grid. They do however, look awesome! Which is why I can justify still wearing them. I guess had I ordered a size down or at least a half... I would be able to enjoy them more.

I wanted a slipper boot to wear at night, since I keep my house cool in wintertime. The support is lacking. An added insole definitely helps. I have wide calves and feet, and they fit very well, giving ample space. I'm a size 8.5, and 9 fits well with thick socks. They are fairly warm, but doubt they'd be warm outdoors in 30 or below weather. Otherwise, well made, and remind me of moon boots. :o)
