I love love these boots except for one thing - the heels! The heels are hard plastic and offer no grip on tile, hardwood floors, snowy streets, etc, so you have to be careful walking on these. Other than that, they are very comfortable, and are great if you have problems finding tall boots formuscular calves.

I looked long and hard for black boots and am so happy with these! They are comfortable and cute! I usually wear a size 8 and that's what I ordered and they fit great! The back part of shaft is elastic which is comfy and flattering. Love these the most w/skinny jeans. And the finish of the leather is matte so they look cool and kind of broken in from the outset.

I didn't know what to expect buying tall boots without trying them on. I've had lots of trouble finding tall boots that fit and look nice on my large calves. These boots do it. Buying the brown now.
