I was very weary of buying these boots online considering I could not find any reviews on them and I wasn't sure what the fit would be like, however the good price and not only are they a very stylish boot but more importantly a practical boot so I went for it, and boy was I ever glad I did!!!! When I received these boots and saw the beautiful quality and the perfect shade of red I squealed with delight! upon trying to them I became even more delighted, these boots feel exactly like your warmest pair of slippers!!! The support in them is wonderful and the soft warm material is like heaven on a cold winter morning. I'm very glad I went up half a size. I wear a 7.5 shoe and bought the 8 and they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend going up in size because the thick warm material inside the boot makes it very snug. These boots come in whole sizes only, so I ordered up, as I like to wear layers of socks to wick moisture and replace the foot bed insert with a better arch support. I have not worn these in any deep snow yet...we haven't had any, but used them in cold (15 degree)conditions and my feet were warm. I live in Wisconsin, so it is only a matter of time before the snow thing happens. Meanwhile, and most important, they are adorable!!!! I will update if they fail in wet conditions.

These boots are warm, waterproof, and in the red--have some pizzazz! I normally wear a 7 in a winter boot but, based on other reviews, I ordered up to an 8 (whole sizes only). They are very cushiony--both the footbed and inside, above the instep. Love the red and the quilting is great. There is also a little bit of red suede detail on the lace loops and at the base of the laces as well. Easy to slip on and off. The only negative (if you can call it that) that I can come up with is they are quite WIDE. I am a normal width and it's not even that my foot is swimming around, it's that when I look down at the boot it LOOKS super wide. Doesn't bother me, really, just kind of surprising. Very happy with the boots--exactly what I need to slomp around in the New England winter snow and slush--and good for snowshoeing, too. Love them!
