I brought this insole years ago and it was so comfortable, I wore it with everything from sandals to hi-heeled shoes. I could not remember where I first purchased it and looked everywhere before I turned to the internet and found it on amazon. I ordered several more for myself and friends because it actually works. It absorbs tension in the ball area of the feet and makes walking for hours bearable. Gel insoles, plastic insoles nor adhesive insoles worked for me. This insole was like finding a diamond in the rough because not only does it work to ease pain in the ball of the foot, its transferable and washable. I would recommend it to anyone seeking comfort in the balls of their feet with heels or flats.

They work really well in my regular heels, but they don't stick if the shoe is lined with fabric. Then they tend to slide. I stand a lot at work and these have made it possible for me to wear my cute heels all day comfortably.

I'd read some really positive reviews for these inserts, and bought them to wear with the 3 1/2 inch heels I'm wearing to our anniversary party. Unfortunately, I'm back to the drawing board. They don't fit well in the shoe, and when I finally worked them into position they make shoe way too tight. It was actually more uncomfortable with the insert than without. I also don't see how it relieves much of the pressure on the ball of the foot. It's pretty thin and spongy, there wasn't really much cushioning. I was diasppointed.
