First pro waterproof yes!!! After 8 hours in 4 inches of water coming from every angle I thought for sure these were not going to make it, I was wrong!! FEET DRY TO THE BONE!! Also thought feet were going to sweat like crazy, not the case, dry!!! Then because we not only clean with high pressure hoses but we have all kinds of chemicals that we use, I thought for sure they would wipe them out! Nope Dry !! Pant legs were wet as (well you know) Feet Dry !!! Only have to lace these bad boys once side zipper is awesome!! Doesn't mention it a lot but they are resole-able if you wear them out take them to the shoe repair place they put new soles on, haven't checked on prices for this yet but has to be cheaper than buying a brand new pair. They have a odor and fungus inhibiting feature which is nice no smelly feet. They are abrasion and oil resisting so if you need that feature for work requirements it's there to.

This is a wonderful boot! As a woman rider, sturdy boots are usually heavy and clumsy. I had difficulty finding a "waterproof" boot: nothing is worse than getting caught in the rain and having a boot-full of water. I wear a 7.5 in a dress shoe, an 8 in Nike running shoes, so I was having trouble deciding on the size. I ordered the 7.5 which was an excellent fit giving room for my traditional 2 pair of socks. They squeak a bit at first, but by the 3rd wear I'd finally found what I was looking for. They are comfortable, hugging but not tight, and can be adjusted with the ties. They are strong through the ankle but not cumbersome. They look like a woman's boot as they are not bulky. The sole tread is terrific, especially if a quick stop on a motorcycle is necessary. I actually think I'm going to buy another pair...I couldn't find these boots in any cycle or boot shop. Waterproof? you betcha, got soaked 3 times in 3 days but my feet stayed dry. These boots are comfortable, light weight and look good. They are warm and great for cold weather riding. They are designed to be waterproof. The zipper makes them easy to put on and take off. Maybe I should have brought 2 pair.
