The only issue I have with these boots is they are wide and run a little big, but will work great when the weather gets cold and need to wear thicker socks. Could have gotten away with a half a size smaller. All and all love them and WELL worth the money. 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Harley-Davidson Women's Ashby 6" Boot (Apparel) Some guy on Melrose convinced me to get these boots at his store, and I stupidly paid $180 for them. They were so comfortable, I wore them out of the store. And then I wore them just about every day after that. They are wonderful for walking around town, as they keep my feet warm on cold days, and they breathe well on hot days. They are super comfy and I get tons of compliments on them too. Once they wore out, I found them here on Amazon for half the price. Know that they run slightly big, so if you are between sizes, go with the smaller size. They may feel tight when you first get them, but they stretch quite a bit. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Even though I'd tried them on in the store, when they first arrived, I thought they were going to be too big in the toe box and too tight around the calves where they zip, so I left them in the box for about a week with the intention of returning them. Because I liked their look so much, I got them out again the following weekend and put on dri fit hiking socks and wore them around the house. They felt wonderful, and where they'd been too snug around the calf (where they zipper), they loosened up perfectly. Where they felt too big in the toe box was taken up with the bulk of my hiking socks. My normal shoe size is an 8, but I always wear a half size larger in my Harley boots, so I purchased an 8.5. I would order an 8.5 again because the size 8 is definitely too short for my foot. Harley boots generally provide more space in the toe box anyway, which is much...Read more |
