I ordered these boots for Halloween. I was very excited to finally find wide-calf boots, as I have problems finding them where I live. I was very disappointed when I got the boots, took the right one out of the box and put it on,zipped it about 1/4" and the zipper came off track; I was not able to fix it. Out of curiousity, I put the left boot on and it was not even wide-calf. The quality of these boots for the price charged was not at all adequate. Communication was a breeze for the return process, but I have yet to receive my refund from Amazon.

I ordered this boot to wear with my Halloween costume. I have a wide caves and a wide foot, so I ordered a size larger. The boots fit great!! In addition, they are nicely made and I am able to wear them with dresses to work!

I am returning these boots. Maybe I expected too much, but they are very cheap looking. I tried to make them work, but even my 13 year old son said they looked terrible. Also, although they can be considered "wide calf" boots, I'd say they barely fit into that category. My calves are at the low end of the "wide calf" spectrum and these barely zipped up over my calves.
