Where do I begin... the LOOK - beautiful, stylish, sexy, fashion forward. I couldn't ask for a better-looking boot! The color is awesome! There are beautiful variations of brown tones throughout the leather. The QUALITY - the materials and craftsmanship of these boots is outstanding! From the shape of the toes, to the buckles, to the heels; the designers did not overlook one detail! COMFORT - I didn't have to break the boots in as I wore them all day without any problems. They FIT true to size, but since I wanted to wear them with thick boot socks, I ordered 1/2 size larger. I wear an 8, but ordered an 8.5, instead. Keep in mind that if you use Mink Oil; it may darken the leather. To protect and condition the leather; apply a couple coats of Bick 4 on the exterior of the boots. Then, wipe and buff with a soft, clean cloth. Your boots will love you for it!

I've been wanting these boots for a long time and finally pulled trigger on getting them. Because of other reviews I've read, I knew that lot of people reported that they ran small and I ordered two sizes. I normally wear an 8 and occasionally a 7.5. I ordered 8 and 8.5. The 8s were very difficult to put on so I kept the 8.5s. But after wearing them a few times and giving them a chance to break in a little (these are really stiff boots that you'll want to spend some time breaking in before you do a lot of walking), I think I might have been better keeping the 8s. The only solace I take in keeping the larger size is that I can always wear thicker socks with them and my feet are only going to get bigger as a I age, and I intend to wear these boots for the rest of my life (the only way I can justify the cost). I partictularly love the color of these, which is a very dark brown that works equally well with a black outfit as it does with other colors.

I waited until I could afford to splurge on these boots...when I finally got them, I couldn't have been happier. I find they fit true to size and the workmanship is wonderful. I think these boots will be an addition that I'll never regret getting.
