These boots are awesome and worth every cent of the price; actually a really good price for boots you will wear forever! They look great, are comfortable, and as you would expect from Frye are quality leather and well made. Shorter shaft makes them super easy to get on and off so even if you travel these are a snap going through airport security. I love them so much I have them in the red (always get compliments) and the tan. The huarache detail gives them a little retro "70's cool" flair, like you could be wearing them in an Eagles music video--lol, they didn't have music videos back then, but if they did I'm sure these boots would have fit right in. I highly recommend them!

When I received this boot I noticed it had been worn, the sole was scuffed, alot. I tried them on anyway because they were really nice. Then I figured out why someone returned them, the heel noticibly made a clicking noise. Too bad because the boot is beautiful. I was very surprised Amazon's return dept let this slip by.
I went and ordered a similar Frye boot on Frye's website direct. The boots were really beautiful and fit true to size but I was so disappointed in the quality control at Amazon for letting this happen. I order many things and this is the first time I had a problem.

I love these boots. They're a little country, and easy to pop on and run out the door. As expected with Frye boots, the quality is also excellent. The fit is just right and the color pictured is accurate.
