FRYE Women's Fiona 3-Strap Boot

I recieved the boots in only 3 days after ordering I was happy for the quick shipping and was very excited to see them. That is until I opened the box, the leather on both boots had turned in some spots, having a milky white color on them, this is from incorrectly storing the item. I am very fimilar with proper handling of leather goods becasue I work at Coach for over 2 years. Amazon needs to be more aware of handling of their leather goods. Other than that the boots were very cute, however as another reviewer stated not for a size 9 at all. There is no zipper which makes it hard to put them on(only could get them up halfway) I was really hoping that maybe I woud be lucky and manage to get them on however it didn't work :( I would not suggest these boots.

These boots are absolutely beautiful to look at...amazing leather, awesome color (grey), excelllent aesthetics. The problem--and it is significant--is that you can't get them on! There is no inside zipper to open them up...and as a 'pull on' there are no pull tabs at the top to help you get a firm grip in order to pull them on. I have a narrow foot and a narrow calf, so the problem isn't girth.
As I said on the return slip...beautiful boots, but poorly engineered.

An amazing boot! They fit perfectly right out the box! True to size but a tiny bit snug in the front. I purchased the slate color and I feel like a superstar in them! So beautiful and so many compliments. Be forewarned that you'll need to get them treated. I got caught in the rain in mine and they turned into a Monet watercolor! :) Had to return but I learned my lesson. Also note that there is no zipper, so in the beginning they may be hard to take off. I usually wear them with tights or nylon socks which makes it easier.
