I was hoping these would become my new casual, walk-around-the-city boot, but I was disappointed. The leather was very stiff and doesn't seems likely that it'd stretch and soften. The main discomfort is in the ankle shaft where the piping around the opening cuts into your shin while walking. Otherwise very attractice modern boot that doesn't look too "western".

These are typical Franco Sarto quality,I have never been disappointed in Franco Sarto shoes,I ordered these in camel because the black was no longer available, now that black is available,I may order a pair in black.
I ordered these the next size up,I have a high instep and sometimes boots of this style don't quite fit right,I will say they are true to size, for a size 10M,I usually wear a 9 1/2M but I would have never gotten this boot on if it were a 9 1/2M.
I highly recomend these boots.
I ordered a pair in black because these boots are very comfortable.
Couldn't keep them,

These make feet look long. I didn't have the same problem like other reviewers about their ankles hurting in the boot. I just didn't like the way they make my feet look. They are true to size and the quality is top notch. I tried them on with skinny jeans and skirts but they made my feet look like boats. I just didn't want them sitting in my closet collecting dust so I sent them back. I already have a few pairs of leapord print shoes so I wasn't too sad to see them go.
