Flat White GoGo Boots Go-Go Mid-calf Womens Shoes

I've been looking for a pair of white GoGo boots for my 60s Halloween costume. These are cheaper-looking and uglier than the ones I've seen at Party Express and that's saying something. They have a "ruched" aka wrinkled look that only further accents how HUGE they are in the calf. Mine were literally drooping away from my leg with jeans on, so there's no chance they would look good with tights. These are basically flats, the heel is so tiny, so it feels like you're walking on pavement and the fabric is very cheap and plastic looking. I wanted a tight, sexy boot and instead got my grandma's wrinkled galoshes. I'm losing money to return these but it's worth it.

Seller note: I bought these from FoureverFunky and they took "FOUREVER" (the last day of Amazon's delivery window) to arrive. When they did, their shoe box was broken and ripped on top and their return box was too small to fit the boots in.
