My feet and legs love them!,

I live in Michigan so I am always looking for warm and comfortable boots. This year I decided to try the slipper boot look that has been popular for the past few years. I started out looking for an alternative to UGGs - nothing against them just didn't want spend that kind of money.
EMU makes two type of this style of boot - EMU Wool and EMU Premium Sheepskin. They look the similar. The EMU wool is less expensive but still a very nice boot. HOWEVER - there is a huge difference between the sheepskin and the wool version. Unless you have seen the two styles, you would not know there is a difference. The sheepskin boot is so much nicer, more plush, leather loops for the buttons, etc. Plus the shaft must be wider than the wool version which I couldn't button unless I button before putting on. With these boots, I am able to leave them buttoned AND tuck my pants in.

comfy, warm, but not slide on type boot,

I had these boots for about a month now. They're warm, I believe they are better Uggs, but
that's whatever you like better. These boots feel a bit big, but I'm not sure if getting
a size down would make them too small. Anyways they're warm and comfortable, like wearing slippers
outside. They're easy to clean. I recommenced the Emu clean and care kit.
The only problem is that these boots aren't the easily slid on, tuck in your jeans type of boots.
My cafes are small, so I have to tighten the strings things and kind of knot them, it's still really cute
and you can't really tell. If you have larger cafes these boots will be really good higher boot for you,
since there'a slit in the middle. Defiantly not a good boot for 2 ft of snow.

Purchased these boots for my daughter, who has both Uggs and Bear Paws. Much better looking than Uggs, and my daughter says they are
way cushier than either pair. I only gave them 4 Stars, because she has only worn them a couple of times so far, but they get stars for warmth, comfort and you can't beat the price and looks when you compare them to Uggs. Order your regular size, they run normal.
