EMU Australia Women's Hip Button Boot

Comment: I bought these boots at a great deal and really love them more than I expected I would! They are very comfy/kozy. I like the buttons as they allow me to easily tuck in pants. They are a smidge tight around the calfs, but not too much so (for me). I typically wear a womens 9 and I bought a womens 8. They fit great! The sole is padded and comfortable for all day walking and such. I did waterproof them when I got them, but I think they had a coating on them already as well. I also bought a pair of Bearpaw boots more recently and have to admit I love the EMUs so much more! The EMUs have better support in soles.

Comment: These boots are very comfortable and warm. The only issue that I have with them is that the wool on the inside of the boots often comes out in clumps. Also, I ordered the Sand color boots, and they are much darker than they appear in the picture. Overall, I give these boots two thumbs up.

Comment: I love boots. I have Columbia, Sorel, Sporto, Skechers... These are the only boots that keep my feet warm 100% of the time in ice rinks. The problem with other boots is that in driving to the rinks, and then standing around in the warm lobby for an hour waiting for games to start, my feet would get too warm. Then when I would move into the cold rink to watch the game, my sweaty feet would start to freeze. I wear my EMUs without socks so the wool can absorb the sweat. I've worn them to the coldest rinks in our area and my feet have never been cold. I've warn them three games in a row while working the clock during tournaments - no cold feet. I never wanted to own Uggs or Emus because I thought they were ugly. But these have a little bit more style than the plain ones. Best $40 I ever spent.
