I reaaally wanted to love these boots as the style is very cute but unfortunately they are hard and uncomfortable in the footbed. The color is not a dark charcoal like the picture... it is more like a light ash gray which was also a disappointment. I am a true size 7 and ordered a size 6 as recommended. Size 6 fits snugly and would have been fine if the boot was soft and flexible however, the tip of the boot is reinforced in the interior of the toe, and it hurts to have your toe even slightly touching the front. The bottom of the boot is a hard sole and while that is good for durability it is not very flexible therefore rendering the boot quite hard and uncomfortable. It runs very wide but I have a more narrow foot, so even though it was snug in the length, there is way too much room in the width. I really liked the shaft of the boot and the buckle detail but due to comfort or lack thereof sadly, I couldn't justify keeping it.

These are great quality, warm boots that run true to size. Great color too. Super cute styling with the buttons on the back.
