I have 17inch calves. That is the reason I ordered these boots. They arrived on time and are in great condition. However, the shaft is way too tall, and the 17.5 circumference in the "plus" size is radically larger than my calf. The boots are cut with a extreme curve to the back seam, this made the back of the calf bubble out, while the rest of the boot fit fine. They looked ridiculous.

The footbed was true to size at 7.5-- I wear a 7.5 to an 8 American and had no trouble with that part of the boot.

I'm sad to return them. I won't be exchanging because while the quality is good, the cut of the this boot is clearly not for my particular legs.

Am concerned, the seller appears to be in Pakistan, so we'll see how easy the return process is. Will update if it's a pain.
