I have never bought from this company but these boots are amazing!! I've had mine for almost 2 years. Feb 14 2011 will mark 2 years. These boots are comfortible, from the start, and still 2 years later. I wore these boots every single day for a year and a half. I work in these boots. WORK as in ranch work. They are in mud, rain, snow, dry, water, horse poop, EVERYTHING! They hold UP!! If you want true work boot, for true hardcore cowgirls who work, these boots will do it for you. They are durable, and last. Summer of 2010 they got taken in for repair on the spur strap stiching, and I had to have some heel work done on them. I expected that for how much I wear them. Mine no longer look like this, through all the elements and the oiling they darken up to a nice dark leather. Buy these boots. They are comfy and will last longer than your araits, fat babys, justins and whatever other "cowgirl designer" boots are out there!

These boots were true to size and comfortable right out of the box. The picture color and tone is accurate, as well, so I got exactly what I was expecting. I recommend printing the sizing chart from DH Boots - you have to adjust your printer settings per the website - it gave me confidence that I should order the 9.5 rather than 10 (which I would have done had I not checked their site first). Bought them through Papa Shoe - free shipping and the lowest price I could find. Arrived in less than a week.

This item was on the amazon website and listed as in stock. I ordered on two separate occasions, charged to my card only to receive an email a few days later to say that the item was not in stock and a refund given. My order a week later went through the same process. I would suggest that the website be updated for out of stock items on a more regular basis as I was then unable to get the boots in time for a planned event.
