This boot is lightweight and perfect for city walking. They are also very comfortable. I was able to wear them all day long without breaking it in first. And no blisters. I wear them with tucked in jeans on the weekends and with skirts at work. I have been stopped many times and asked where I found them. They are as beautiful as they are comfortable and will last for years. NOTE: I ordered a half size larger. The photo looks like the soles are heavy (almost Doc Marten-ish), but they are not that thick.

I got these for my wife for christmas and got her size. when they arrived, they were beautiful but I ordered the brown and they were grey. Don't order these unless you want grey, even though they say brown. The leather was very high quality and soft. They were also too tight in the leg for her even though the shoe part of the boot fit correctly. Quality of the product is fantastic, description of color you are getting is bad.
